The Texas Instruments complex in Texas, designed by Powers Brown Architecture, features an adjacent three-story garage that creates an intimate courtyard for private employee entry and multiple site amenities.
The building is divided into north and south pods, housing lab spaces, offices, and various collaboration zones. The central lobby, separating these zones, offers a double-height space with a custom monumental stair and high-end finishes. The west façade presents a fifty-foot-tall curved louvre screen and a limestone wall extending into the interior, providing an elegant visitor entry.
The design incorporates LITEFLAM XT60 fire‑rated glass floors, which contribute to a dynamic lobby and assist in achieving LEED Gold Certification through enhanced natural light and energy efficiency.
