2 hr fire rated glass ceiling connecting into a 2 hr fire rated glass wall.
Maximize daylighting for the subterranean level.
Meet sustainability requirements, designed to meet LEED certification.

LITEFLAM XT120: Enhancing Fire Safety and Daylighting in Commercial Architecture

Utilized LITEFLAM XT120 as the primary glazing system.
Implemented fire‑resistive glass and frame systems for both safety and aesthetics.
Designed open, light‑filled interior spaces through multidisciplinary coordination.

Vancouver Centre II: Achieving LEED Platinum and Intelligent Building Excellence

Engineer a 2hr fire rated glass assembly that connects on the vertical and horizontal.
LEED® Platinum, WELL Gold, and Wired Score Gold certification.
Two-hour fire separation meeting ASTM E119, CAN/ULC-S101
Complex site conditions, with the existing building constructed in 1977.
